ISSF Pistol rules state;

"Low-sided shoes should be worn. Any high-sided type shoes
(such as Rifle, Basketball, or Ski boots, etc.) which cover the
ankle bone, or could give support, are not permitted. Shoes will
be checked at Equipment Control. Clothing will be checked on the
firing line."

The problem is the interpretation of " or could give support".

The problem is the interpretation of " or could give support".

I think that the clue to answering your question lies lies at the beginning of the sentance including "or could give support" i.e. "Any high-sided type shoes....". The pictures are certainly not showing high sides.

The rule is clearly referring to the side of the shoe, low is good, high is bad.

Unless you have an extremely strangely shaped foot, and your ankle bone is in an unusual place, these shoes should be well within the rules.
