I thought it was weird that no vender had a supply of rws target rifle
on hand. And they had no explination for why. I was only there for one
day during prone, to shoot the air rifle grand prix and to buy ammo.

Easy answer, the Pistol Shooters bought it all.

There was some RWS ammo there. I read on ShootersJournal that the fellow who won the prone match was using RWS ammo.

i totaly agree on the fact its weird that they had no RWS at Perry. i had to buy Eley target. i dont mind it but i like my RWS target rifle.

I found the selction of ANYTHING to be quite disappointing this year at Perry. We had a few families come out strictly for shopping (jackets especially) and had a paltry choice of vendors. Compare that to the list of vendors for the shotgun Grand nationals in Sparta Il and we smallbore rifle folks really look like poor forgotten stepchildren of the shooting sports.

I haven't been to Sparta to the Grand American, BUT I have worked at the Kansas Trap Association on and off. Vendor's make money, Trap shooter's have money, and spend money, therefore....
