Match Grade, USA Made, Bolt 22?

Ladies and Gentlemen:

A thread over in the Pistol forum poses the intriguing (to us, anyways) prospect of building a "USA Manufacture Free Pistol" using a short-barreled 22LR bolt action upper.

The current issue at hand asks- is there a "match grade" 22LR barreled action (USA made) even available?

Related question: would any existing 22 bolt "upper" come with a match grade trigger- or would we pretty much have to shoehorn a Jewell into whatever we get?

Yes, yes, we could go with an Anschutz barreled action but that would make it too easy . . .

Here are some American actions that are true match-grade.

These guys are benchrest specialists, but there is no reason why their actions can't be bedded in a prone or 3P stock.

I don't think any of them come with triggers.

While Jewell does not catalog 2-stage triggers any more, they will convert their single stage to two-stage on request.

If you want to keep the All-American theme when it comes to stocking, Alex Sitman (you probably already know this) is the go-to guy: http://www.masterclassstocks.com

And then we can add a Hart, Lilja, or Krieger barrel, Warner, Phoenix, REG, or PNW rear sight, a Sinclair, Jack Davis, or Riles front sight, a Sinclair handstop, and a Champion's Choice palm rest.

The only things you would need from Europe are the apertures.
