ISSF Class B Judges Licences issued

Can I just say Yay for Me! while saying Congratulations! to everyone else? First Irish person to qualify for the judges licence for rifle&pistol in who knows how long (and like buses, wait for ages and two come at once; the head of the national association got his as well!)
