IZH-53m AP's

Our pistol club is looking at purchasing a small number of air pistols to introduce new shooters to AP shooting. My first thought was that we should get IZH-46m's. While these are probably great for adult newbies, I've been thinking that they could be too heavy for juniors. Brno Tau 7's would be nice but they cost quite a lot more than IZH-46m's (and probably more than our club committee would be willing to spend). Then I came across the IZH-53m on the net which certainly seems to fit the bill as regards to cost. Has anyone used these for 10m AP? I'm not expecting them to be match-grade, but if they can hit the black repeatedly, they could be just what we need to get juniors started. Any thoughts or opinions appreciated.

This February there was a match in Moscow among beginners and the best result shown with Izh 53 was 285/400. So I guess it can hit black ;)

Here is the results but they are in russian :(
