If you're located in the USA, you can try
www.midwayusa.com. They sell Lapua, Remington and Starline .32 S&W Long brass at reasonable prices. They've given me great service in the past. Usual disclaimers apply, I'm not affiliated with them in any way, etc.

Lapua brass is not cheap compared to others, but some people gotta have it. I got mine from:
