Help finding target shooting logo

Post by demonloopasas »

Hi,

I need a good logo for a project I'm working on, I saw one on a site some time ago but can't remember where. The logo was like the one on the page below but there were two shooters one red one white I think and they were 'aiming' the other way.

Anyone seen it or can post a link?

A couple of the folks in our club have one that is a 3P logo with a shooter in prone, kneeling, and standing.

I'll ask on Sunday where they got them.

That logo is from one of the past Olympic games. I'll see if I can find the web site that has the logos. Try this web site www.aafla.org

The stylized sports logos [shooting included] were first introduced for the 1972 Munich Olympic Games. A variation of them were used for the 1976 Montreal Games. I adopted the logo and used it on my gun business stationery for years. I have some original artwork but cannot post it here.....If you give me your e-mail address I'll send it to you. It is the double shooters that you are looking for I think.
