Well after about a month of use the Benelli kite

is in need of repairs.
I was dryfiring the gun, when it suddenly fired!
I looked at the dryfire switch, and it appears to stick out at an odd angle.
The pin or screw that holds the dryfire switch seems to be missing or out of place.
I'm dissapointed, perhaps the 500 dollars I saved on the benelli kite as opposed to a steyr or morini means 500 dollars less quality.

Well i've solved the problem.
The dryfire swtich stops the hammer from hitting the valve. Since the hammer hits the dryfire switch, it causes vibrations.
The dryfire switch is held in place by a screw pin. The pin is held in place by a screw.
The holding screw was not screwed all the way in, and the vibrations caused by the hammer striking the dryfire switch eventually caused the pin holding the switch to move out of the way, and the switch just fell out.
I unscrewed the holding pin, screwed the the pin that holds the dryfire screw out to have clearence for the switch, screwed it back in, untill it was held firmly, and screwed the holding pin back in.
The holding pin probably was not screwed all the way in.
if it backs out again, I may a have to use some locktite.

Loctite may be too extreme. Try a dab of nail polish.

James I'm glad to see you got it worked out. I was worried there for a minute. I've been tracking your progress with the Kite closely. I'm still looking foward to picking one up when I get home. I wish I could go for the Morini, but its out of my range. I cant justify an extra $500 to the wife. Plus, I'm looking real hard at a CF tank, or a IZH46m for a carbine.
