Can I suggest that you should read the many threads on this subject already posted on this board.
You will see that there is no such thing as THE BEST pistol. All you can hope for is that you find the pistol that suits you best.
With apologies to any I may have missed, air pistols from the following manufacturers are normally considered to be of high quality (and therefore worth considering):-
Anschutz
Benelli
FAS
Feinwerkbau
Match Guns
Morini
Pardini
SAM
Steyr
Walther

I think you wouldn't go far wrong with either Morini or Styer . A few months ago I did the same homewoak you are now doing , the above is the conclusion I came to .

You will find a Morini 162EI (electronic trigger) for sale at a very reasonable priice. It is an air pistol worthy of consideration.

I have tried Morini162EI and Steyr LP10, and both are great pistols. My final choice was Steyr, and one reason was that I shot a 100/100 points when I borrowed the gun from the dealer and tried It...:-)
