I just saw Jeopardy!, and Matt Emmons was mentioned in a clue within the category "The Olympics". They wanted to know the sport in which he won a gold medal in Athens. Well, it was only a few seconds, but at least it was mentioned on TV. Of course, none of the 3 contestants knew his sport.

Actually, the Air Force man knew the answer, and also went on the win for the evening.
