Anschutz 1912 or 1913 rifle?

Which rifle is the best buy for a Jr. shooter that has a medium build. The 1912 or the 1913 rifle. The rifle would be used for 3 and 4 position matchs. The shooter is shooting around a 500/600 with a Anschutz 1903 rifle.

Whichever one the shooter can handle better.

Several of our junior shooters use the 1912. The 1913 seems a little heavy for many juniors. It's a lot easier and cheaper to add weights to the 1912 than it is to take it off the 1913.
