Gehmann and Centra rear sights

Does anyone know where I can get a Gehmann rear sight model 595MC or a left handed version of the Centra long range sight in the U.S.?

Sinclair International will special order them for you (although they don't carry them in stock).
Sinclair also only carries 1/4 minute, so if you want anything finer it would be special order.
Centra is notorious for slow delivery, and Sinclair was really honest that it could be a long wait. I ordered a pair of rear sights in LH with 1/8 min clicks in mid October and they arrived last week (almost 5 months).
Each sight is a really nice piece of machinery....can't wait to get outdoors and try them out.
