Mine had the paperclip spring too. I could see the principle behind it but it didn't lend itself to repeatable accuracy in setting. Your weight range is about the same as mine. It has a nice let off and a longer roll if you want it without any scratchiness or snagging. I've backed trigger stop right off. If this didn't work I was going to look at a K12, but I'm very happy with it now.

Hi

The Norwegian air rifle championship started today, and lucky for us pistol shooter, Walther had there service personel on site.

So I took my sons LP400 to them, asking for a service.

I bough the LP400 in October 2013, and it had the paperclip spring configuration as shown on Avery's picture.

This is how it looks now after Walther's servicepersonel kindly helped me.


No paperclip spring anymore, and it looks like they changed both 1stage and the 2 stage spring and screw, more air betveen the spring coils then before + they changed a valve.

Trigger feels great with a smooth letoff.

What is that black bit at the engagement of the 2 parts?
