Wasnt the OP about smallbore 3P? The quoted rule seems to circulate around Air Rifle and Prone? Just curious...Also I had someone ask me just this weekend if I've seen a split in X count air rifle at 10.2? Has anyone seen that?

What could be the possible option?

Sorry I was being presumptuous since Todd's daughter had just finished a 3P competition I thought his question may have been along those lines, but you are correct there is nothing about it. It would still be nice to know though.

COBelties, David summed it up in his previous post. In 3x20 or 3x40 events (scored in integer) the x count is used to break ties. In prone and air rifle (scored in decimal) the highest score in the last ten shot series is used to break the ties.

Either way, a 10.3 can be an X or not, depending on how far into the 10.3 it goes.
