My 2 cents: I have a 2013/690 wood stock anschutz in my home country (I got it new). When I moved to the US, it was easier for me to buy a new rifle than getting my old rifle here, so I got an used 1913 (wood stock) from Scott Pilkington. I have to say the 1913 does feel a little bit lighter, but I agree with Eric when he says it shoots better than 2013. The accuracy is great in my opinion. The actions feel just the same.
My best scores have been with this used 1913 and I love it. Whenever I compete in my home country I still use my 2013, but the scores drop significantly. Of course these are different rifles, different weights, setting sre not easy to equate, etc..which of course affect my perception, but still...
If I have tobuy a new rifle (I will at the end of this year), I would probably try another 1913, especially after reading this thread !
