The Shelby County Shooting Sports Association is offering an NRA Basic Rifle course. The course is open youths and adults. Minimum age is 9 years old. It meets the requirements for the BSA Rifle merit badge and the 4H Rifle program. It will begin at 6:00 PM on January 15, 2009. Class sessions will be:
6-8 PM on Thursday, Jan.15 - Lakeshore Foundation; Homewood, AL
6-8 PM, Thursday, Jan. 22 - Lakeshore Foundation; Homewood, AL
6-8 PM, Thursday, Jan. 29 - Lakeshore Foundation; Homewood, AL
6-8 PM, Thursday, Feb. 5 - Lakeshore Foundation; Homewood, AL
6-8 PM, Thursday Feb. 12 - Lakeshore Foundation; Homewood, AL
8 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday, Feb. 7 - Steel City Sport Shooting Association; Hoover, AL
