Bedding for Anschutz 1813

Hi Folks 1st time here.
I have just bought a Anschutz 1813 but it needs Re-bedding. I am keen to hear feed back from others as to whether I should bed it back to wood or fit aluminium bedding block? For those who have aluminium beeding block, have you gone metal to metal or do you have a shim of a different material betweeen block and barrel?
