Izhmash (Baikal) shows a PCP rifle set up for summer biathlon, MP571K. Does it exist in North America? Anybody seen one?

Summer Biathlon...
Hi William, I've always wondered what happened to summer biathlon since I first heard of it in the early/ mid 1990s. My son and I checked into it here in SoCal, but couldn't find much interest. My son was a 13:40s 5K runner and a sub 4 min miler, and he could shoot very well; having local club Hi-Power and 10 meter AR experience. That was then, and He doesn't run anymore but he can still shoot well. As I recall, Summer Biathlon was several 22RF shooting lanes and several running legs that totalled up to 5K. It seemed like a great idea.
