pronematch.com and 2008 Fall Foliage Match

Hi Everyone-

I'm posting this to update you on a few things regarding http://pronematch.com and the Fall Foliage Match. We've made a quite a few improvements on pronematch.com in order to make it a more useful and interesting website. We've also merged the Fall Foliage Match website into pronematch.com as it seemed unnecessary for a regional to have its own website. If you're interested in receiving future updates about the Fall Foliage Match or content on pronematch.com you can register at http://blog.pronematch.com/wp-login.php?action=register . By registering, you're subscribed to get email updates when posts are made on the website. After you register, you will be able to manage what categories you are subscribed to by logging into your account and clicking on "Subscriptions."

The 2008 Fall Foliage Match is coming up fast, October 4th and 5th...37 days away. Registration is now open at http://pronematch.com and you can view the match bulletin while you're there.


Some changes to the Fall Foliage Match for 2008:

• Match Fee will be $40 for one day and $50 for both days

• Match fees are paid by credit card at time of online registration. If you are using award points to pay for your match fees, you can mail them in to secure your squadding.

• We are trying to get port-a-potties placed down near the range

• Scores will be posted live on the web after each match

• WIFI at clubhouse

• New scoring database which should speed placement tabulation

• We will have one team match, consisting of the dewar match from each day ($20 team fee)

--Teams must be registered in advance by September 29th. Team entries will not be accepted the day of the match.

• Cancelation Policy: A 100% refund will be given on cancelations up to September 19th. Cancelations after September 19th will be given a 50% refund. Cancelations must be made in writing (email) to the match director by October 3rd (the day before the match). Shooters who do not cancel in writing by October 3rd will forfeit their match fee.

• Shooters need to register online in advance by September 29th. A t-shirt will be given to each competitor who registers by September 19th.

• Cash prizes will be given in lieu of medals (except for NRA medals) to first, second, and third overall; first master, first expert, first sharpshooter, first marksman; first and second team

• Medals will be given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd Junior, Int junior, and Sub Junior

• Squadding will be done randomly via hat pull method.
