The Bleiker stock width is really up to what you are more comfortable with. Those with bigger hands are more likely to like the wider front that the narrower. Maybe have a think about what stocks you have felt more comfortable with in the past and find out how large they were?
The Anschutz 1913 and 1907 are again personal preference, the aren't any different in quality. The 1907 is lighter and has a 30mm shorter barrel length. A lot of people prefer the 1907 over the 1913 (myself included) if they are shooting 3 position as it is a bit easier to handle when shooting off-hand. If you are only shooting prone then 1913 would probably be the better choice as the extra weight helps with the recoil.
If you are going to order a Bleiker stock, why not order a Bleiker barrel and action as well? Most would probably agree that this is the better barrel and action.
