Does anybody know of a distributor in California for the Marvel .22 Conversion kit? All the distributors I contacted in other states will not ship to CA. Are there any in California or out of state who will ship to Ca.

In the rest of the country (probably except Illinois), the Marvel conversion is not a firearm since it doesn't include the frame (with a serial number). The conversions do have a serial number on them too though. In the rest of the world, no FFL is required. Did you contact Marvel directly?
