alternative free pistol

Dedicated free pistols are very expensive in my country. Hence, while I save up to afford one, I need a cheaper alternative.

As revolvers are also usable for centrefire pistol, is there anything in the ISSF 50M free pistol rules that bars me from using a stock .22LR revolver with a 6" barrel? The revolver has no porting or modifications and I am willing to shoot it like a single shot pistol.

If the gun have open iron sight, one handed, 22lr loaded one round at time, and grip not support the wrist, it's allowed for free pistol.
