It's really unfortunate that you guys have such a bad experience with Walther.

I had problems with one of the local dealers but after I started going around him, I've had good (relative term, I find a lot of European service is different then in NA) service, maybe they just have broke me in so I except their less then speed service ;). I've had good dealings with Walter's sport service dept. and Earl's Repair out of the US.
