Target from ground distance?

Hello everyone!
I am going to do some practice at home(dry shooting)but i forgot to measure the distance from the ground to the centre of the target.Does anyone knows?

I believe it is 139.7 cm + or - .5 cm. It is in the ISSF rule book, which I believe can be viewed from the ISSF website (http://www.issf-shooting.org/rules/english/rules.asp). It should be in one of the technical rule sections.

6.3.9 says 1.40 m +/- 0.05 m for 10 m
