loose morini loading gate

Anyone have an idea how to fix this problem?
the gate is only loose when in the up position.
(it wants to flop down)

Well, tightening the pivot screw comes to mind . . .

Are you sure it was reinstalled correclty?

At this point it doesn't matter much if you are talking FP or AP, but out of curiousity, which one is it?
