TOZ 35 and TOZ 35M 50 m pistols

Post by HLS »

Hi all

Could some kind person please tell me the difference between these two 50 m pistols? I assume that the 35m was the successor to the 35.

Is there a factory web site for these pistols?

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It has been slightly modified. 35M(odified)
Easeist reconized by a more cheaper and square trigger guard.
Otherwise it is minor cost saving changes.
Both are capable shooters.
I'll think the old toz-35 is the best. (slightly)

Another quickly identifiable difference is that the M version has a collar around the barrel to which the front sight blade holder is attached, wherein the 35 has the front sight blade holder attached directly to the barrel. I sense that the newer version is easier to mass produce and assemble.

And a band around the barrel to retain the fore-end, instead of a lug attached to the barrel. While I prefer the looks of the round trigger guard, the flat bottom of the rectangular one gives a better place to rest your index finger when cocking the set trigger with your thumb.
