TAU 8???...ANY INSIDE NEWS???

I just saw on one of the airgun sites that Tau has just released the Tau 8. Its a PCP airgun with some nice lines...

Anybody have some news on it?

the latest on TAU 8 is that it will take another month before we get it. However, I believe more that it will be end of March, since there is a IWA gun show in Nuremberg about in a middle of March. Preliminary price should be a tad bellow $1,000.00 and way bellow Pardini, Morini, Steyer and the rest of them, although it will be much better than those. Air cylinders filled to 300 bar and barrel and trigger as good as TAU 7 Match. (Polygon barrel.)

not much use for our sport - specification sheet says it is 5.5mm(.22) calibre!

Too bad the tao 8 is so big. I think the real attraction to the Tao 7 is the size and weight. the Tao 8 looks to be the same size as all the rest
