.22 Target Pistols at the 2007 Shot Show

Post by joe1347 »

If you go to page 6 in the 2007 Shot Show photos linked below (#158) - it looks like Larrysguns.com is planning on selling Walthers in the near future. Makes sense since Hammerli was purchased by Walther and Larry was the USA Hammerli dealer. I wonder if this is the end of the Hammerli brand?

That is a Hammerli in the photo (SP20). The stand it on says Walther because like you said Hammerli is now made by Walther.

Walther has stated on numerous occasions that they still plan to sell Hammerli's, but hey that could change at any time.

Thanks for the great photos.

The overall trend in those pictures seems to be tactical, plastic, colorful, and cool....

I think I'll go hug my walnut stocked, 50+ year old M70.....

sigh.
