2002 SuperAir ammo choice

I have a 2002 SSP that I have been shooting the Vogel Green (.53g) 4,5 pellets. I have recently been told that the lighter pellets (.50g) will shoot better in a Single Stroke Pneumatic. Then the question of size arises.
I am ordering a series of different sizes and weights to do some comparisons but am wondering if anyone can help me narrow the selection down before hand?

Our host agrees with the .50 pellet and they are apparently available in two sizes: 4.49mm and 4.50. Buy a tin of both.
