Range Dog - I think the only US entity selling these guns new is Larry's Guns in Maine and he has not yet updated his website to include them. Nonetheless, his website address is: www.larrysguns.com

Just got an email from Larry that he has the SP1' on order, and is just waiting on the ATF paperwork. "and waiting ... and waiting..." He didn't mention the price, but I assume he won't really know until he receives them. The euro could climb another 25% or fall 25% before they get shipped.
