5 shot targets

Post by ken »

Has anyone tried one of these:
http://www.devinmfg.com/targets1.html

Also, can anyone recommend any other 5 shot targets?

Thanks Ken

Those are completely different to the ISSF specifications.

Pilkingtons sell the Rika LP5 Flap Targets although I believe that you must order the ISSF inserts separately. As standard I think they are supplied with a 59.5mm central hole as opposed to the 30mm hole in a 59.5mm black aiming area specified by the ISSF. They do however have the correct 300mm centre-to-centre target spacing (unlike the Devin units).

Still looking

Does anyone know where I can get ISSF compliant 10m AP Rapid Fire target sets?

The ones from Neal Johnson and Devin Manufacturing are not ISSF compliant and I have already asked Pilkguns and this was their answer:

Hi Tom,

Are you talking a full set of 25m targets or the scaled 10m set?

Either way we don't have anything that's cost-effective. RIKA make a 10m
set, but are extremely expensive, especially after shipping out from Europe
and taking the exchange rate into consideration. I'd ask on the Bullseye-L
list for local manufacturers - I think you can find them at
www.bullseye-l.com

Thanks all!

Thanks for the reply but I am looking for the falling targets, not paper.

TomF, I think you probably confused Pilkingtons by asking for 10m Rapid Fire Targets.

If you make it clear that you are interested in theRika LP5 Flap falling target system, complete with ISSF inserts, then you may have more luck. They won't be cheap though.

Target Timers did have an electronic sensing system in their range (rather than a pure falling system) but it no longer appears on their web site.
