I would like to know (from someone who has a Walther CP2 manual) how many clicks will it take to move the shot from ring to ring.

Yes, one "click" at the adjustment knobs moves the impact about 2 mm at 10 metres. Or more easy: there is 4 "clicks" per ring of the intern. 10 m AP target.
"4 clicks to the ring" is standard calibration of most top end APs, it seems.
