Pittsburgh area shooting

Post by R.E. Smalley »

Anybody know of any matches for pistol (bullseye of any type, AP, AP sihlouette or smallbore sihlouette) in Central and Western Pa, northern, Wv and Eastern ohio?

I need to shoot more.

Thanks!

I know there are smallbore rifle silhouette matches in Ridgeway. There is also a nice range in Milroy (near Lewistown). Not sure about pistol at either places. I live in Williamsport and shoot smallbore silhouette here. A lot of the guys I shoot with attend matches at both of those ranges. Our Saturday matches rotate to those other ranges. Never been there myself. Maybe someone else has been.

Ed,

We shoot AP and Free at Coraopolis, PA, which is right up I-79. We shoot bullseye at Beaver Valley, and other places in western PA and Ohio.

e-mail me. cheers,

Scott

you might want to check out Dormont-Mt. Lebanon Sportsmen's Club. it's in/around washington, pa. (where I-70 and I-79 meet)

they do all kinds of rifle, pistol, high-power, etc.
