Rika 10-meter target conveyor - need specs

Post by F. Paul in Denver »

Today one of Santa's elves told me I might find a Rika target conveyor under the tree this year. Just in case the little booger is telling me the truth for once, I'd like to start designing\building my shooting bench now to be ready.

Does anyone know what the specs are for the conveyor?? I am particularly interested in footprint dimensions necessary for solid bench mounting.

The unit I'm referring to is found at: http://www.pilkguns.com/rikatts.htm

Thanks gang!

The bench end of the unit is less than 1' x 1' so you really only need to worry about enough inertia that it stays put.

If you want to stick to the new rules (from Jan 1) then remember that under 6.3.15.2.1 "The nearest edge of the bench or stand must be placed 10cm forward of the 10m Firing line."

The bench should also 0.7m - 0.8m high.

David - I'm confused. The height of the bench should be .7 - .8 meters??

As in 28-32 inches??
