"Prone Rifle"

I grew up shooting 3 position smallbore as a junior and through highschool, but two knee surgerys have pretty much made kneeling position impossible, or at least highly probable that I will never be truely competitive in position shooting again. I have switched my full attention to the prone competition, and am wondering for a shooter that is going my route, if I was to look at making a new rifle purchase, what are some of your suggestions ??????

I went thru this decision process last year.

Anschutz 2013 - 690 with a bloop tube

I got a "Stopper" stock, today I would get either the Grunig and Elmager or Anschutz 2313.

but lotsa guys prefer wood

some don't like anschutz triggers and prefer Walther

good shooting
