Hello everyone,
I bought a Walther lpm-1 recently. Its a beauty! However, it has not been used for the last 15 years.
When testing, it fires but without enough force and pellets curve down instead of going straight. When cocking the gun it hears that it leaks air.
I wanted to disassemble the gun to find the impaired part but there is no guide on the net.
Any thoughts? Is there any guide for disassembling a Walther lpm-1?
(Sorry for not knowing the right terminology.)

Re: Disassembling guide for Walther lpm-1
If it's any help...I had mine repaired (by Buck, I think) at Pilkington. It wasn't very expensive. I think that Buck has now opened his own shop but have no info on it. I'd like to know myself.

Initially, they only advertised Crosman repairs. They seem to have expanded that considerably:
"We currently offer a full line of repairs and rebuilds on the 2009 and 2021 Crosman Challengers. We have also added repairs for Anschutz, Feinwerkbau, Pardini, and Walther. We can also accept smallbore firearms as well. Contact us today for info on having your rifle or pistol serviced."
Unfortunately, that doesn't include Walther.

I got kind of friendly with a Walther employee who used to post here. I easily got LPM1 parts from the German factory.
Gwhite: Thanks for the info on Buck, I have already contacted him on another matter. Apparently, when Buck left Pilk,
Pilk sold all the different parts except for Steyr (he's a distributor).

Buck has the know-how, but you also need special tools for many pistols, and parts. For pistols out of production, the older parts are hard to come by. I don't know where all of Pilk's parts went, but I know they had parts for Tau-7', IZH's and other pistols that parts are often scarce for.
I contacted Walther about help with older Hammerli air pistols, and never even got a reply. Earl's used to service them, but they don't do air guns anymore.

Thanks for the reply. I live in Sweden therefore sending it outland is a little bit difficult.
