I have one of these that doesn't have enough windage in the rear sight to center up on target. We've traced the error to the barrel not being timed correctly, so that the flat on the barrel doesn't allow the barrel weight to sit in alignment with the rear sight. It's out past the 1 ring @3:00 with the wind full left. There's not enough bite on the sight dovetails to allow enough shim to move impact to a great enough degree, even shimming the front & rear.
Any ideas how to fix this?
We don't have an extra, so I don't want to send it back to the factory.

Can you rotate that bbl weight/sight mount to the right (clockwise)?
This is a fairly common goof from Crosman. (Poor quality control) (Even on the 2009's)
If the flat is too close to the correct position to tighten the grubscrew down, I'd find the correct rotation then just put a touch of 5min eposy to keep it from turning.... you con get it off by slightly heating it to break it down.
Else bite the bullet & send it back

This is a known problem on the CH2021. Give them a call and see if anyone picks up. If they do, they will probably send you a mailing label for a repair.
They just sold to Daisy and I do not know where their facility is currently at, but I think they are still offering service in some form right now.
