Pardini K12 cocking lever

Hello all. My K12 cocking lever has all of a sudden become more difficult to close, it is much stiffer than before. I wondered if this sounded familiar to anyone and if there was a solution? Should I be greasing anything? Pardini manual is not that informative! Thanks in advance

Did you tighten the two screws on top?
The ones that hold the barrel.

Thanks. This K12 was bought quite recently. I’m in the UK so repairs can be a challenge. I will contact the distributor. I appreciate your reply.

Happens to me all the time. A couple of drops of FP-10 clear it right up.

No need to open anything. I put one or two drops on the absorber where it retracts into the rear part of the gun, and one drop on the pin where the absorber is moved by the action lever.
