For all those folks who've expressed an interest in getting into competitive air pistol shooting, there is an opportunity for you:

I'll be there! This year's Olympics inspired me to finally use the air pistol that's been sitting on my shelf for way too many years collecting dust.

I took a "Master's Camp" at the OTC under Olympic Medalist Eric Buljung. Very helpful.

I must say, the guy in the next room in the dorm definitely needed some help with his snoring. He rattled the walls.
The food was excellent.

Would love to go but can't afford it right niw. Juat got back from Paris where I spent a ton of money. Worth it, though!

I went to a coaching clinic at the OTC over a decade ago, aimed at college coaches. I was really hoping they would have a lot of discipline specific coaching tips for Air, Free & Sport Pistol. It was a lot more generic, and they spent a fair amount of time complaining that the various collegiate programs weren't turning out enough Olympic grade shooters for their liking. We were under the impression that the Junior Olympic program was supposed to do that, and told them they should expand that so we had more experienced shooters coming into the collegiate programs.

I'm glad I went, but I think I would study the planned activities & list of instructors a lot more carefully before I'd go again. That said, it was a long time ago, a different focus, and the staff has completely changed. A clinic for shooters is very different, and probably a lot more their speed. I hope it is a great success for everyone.

P.S. Rover is right, the food is great!

Who's Juat? I thought we didn't field any men's air pistol?
