If "this" company is Pilkguns, my answer is great. I've never had an issue with them and that's been for over twenty years.

Pilkguns go to the major competitions and has a table/booth and works on guns. I know they were in WV for the Walther Cup and last week at Hillsdale College for Junior Olympics. People have many different brands of rifles and they drop them off for whatever. You didn’t give any type of indication on what you wanted repaired. If it’s an Uzi or something like that they may not have the parts.
