Monocole
Just wondering what you all think about using a monocole on my target rifle instead of glasses. Advantages and disadvantages if any.
Re: Monocole
Pro: cheaper than glasses, less adjusting needed to centre the lens.
Con: only fits one rifle at a time, makes the rearsight more delicate.

As a former NRA Highpower Master and Navy Distinguished Marksman, I have seen just as many Knobloch and CC shooting glasses on the rifle line as on the pistol lines.
You can adjust the lens to each position behind the rifle. You can have a flip-up blinder on the off-eye also.

Re: Monocole
With glasses, (Champion) I find the eye relief too far to the iris. I feel the monocole will cure this.
