Guess and hunch: Rad at Top Gun Air Gun had in past focused on air pistols from Czech (Republic now I suppose) (http://www.topgun-airguns.com
I believe he once sold the Soviet Bikial. lever. In any case google seearch terms :air pistol soviet bikal. Google returns returns 40 relevant items on first page, including this one:

I have a book prepared by the Russian sporting gun export bureau, Raznoexport, with general arrangement drawings and illustrated parts lists for several interesting competition rifles and pistols. It's effectively a comprehensive spares catalogue. Included is the IJ-1.
Useful info if you are trying to repair, or just understand how the crazy thing works, but there is no information about use, adjustment or dismantling.
If this is what you're after, pm me and I'll scan the relevant pages - I don't know how to get the images onto this forum.
