Thoughts on the new "IZZY" Air Venturi AV-46M
I was wondering if anyone has got there hands on the Alfa made version (AV-46m) of the IZH-46M/MP46M and what their thoughts were on how it compared to the originals? Recently I've looked at seeing if I could find one of the original IZH pistols but noticed this new version made by Alpha and was wondering how the two compared on accuracy, fit/finish, and trigger pull. Is it worth the price or look for a used Izzy?

Search the history. There was a significant thread on this a few months ago.

Thank you for the link I did see that topic before posting. Was just looking for more of a direct comparison between the two since they are made at a new factory now with the original company being sanctioned. I sold my original a long time ago when I switched to pcp and didn't want to buy a newer version if the quality or accuracy suffered in any way. I know Alfa makes great guns was just wondering if anyone had experience between the two.

I just noticed that Pyramid Air has the left handed version in stock, but not so the right handed version. The Universe smiles on us left handers for once. :-)

So you're saying there's no rights left? There's only lefts, right?B Lafferty wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 12:44 pm I just noticed that Pyramid Air has the left handed version in stock, but not so the right handed version. The Universe smiles on us left handers for once. :-)
