I bought a Hammerli AP20 to start shooting 10m air pistol at home. If often contemplated replacing it with a better pistol, but in reality, it’s pretty much all I need. My problem is that the cheap plastic ambidextrous grip feels a bit thin under the palm. I used sugru to build up some areas and give it a better fit, but it’s still not filling my hand the way I feel it should. Would it be better to continue to add layers (probably a good bit) to this cheap grip or just get the AP20Pro/LP400 grip?
The only experience I have with any other 10m air pistols is a FWB100 my friend owns and that grip seems light years better than what I have. No air pistol matches anywhere near here to try out other grips.
PS, should I spring for the AP20 Pro cylinder?
AP20, replace cheap grip or build up?

Call Andrew at Precision Target Pistol Grips.
He lists the AP20 in his offerings and his stuff is top notch. Id spring for the
Maple wood composite upgrade.....
Shoot the tank you have, its less nose weight, and you can add nose weight if you wish....
