Precision rifle accuracy / grouping

For a modern precision 22LR rifle: What would be considered a "tight group" center-to-center at 50 meters, shot from a bench and/or vice?

Seeking realistic data on the equipment/rifle here; not the athlete.

RE: ISSF rifles, not benchrest.

Anyways, even though it's not an ideal test, it's a reasonable starting point if you're talking about strictly rifle accuracy, since that was set up with a sled, rear bag, massive scope magnification, etc. 5mm center-to-center is a good target for a five shot group. If you increase number of shots, maybe something like 6mm or 0.25 inch.

On a ISSF target, the 10.4mm 10-ring allows you to get ~16mm center to center and still score all 10s (including the ~5.5mm bullet diameter). That means with a good modern rifle for smallbore 3p, you don't have to worry about the rifle itself.

For benchrest shooters, I guess the situation is different.

My KK500 came with a 50m 10 shot test target group of .15. I haven't got it tuned yet, so I don't know if that is uniformly repeatable; but if it is I will be very pleased
I would prefer a 30 shot test target, but I doubt the mfgs. will ever go that far. 10 is better than 5, but 30 really tells the story.

Acceptable accuracy for successful ARA benchrest requires what is basically a 25 shot 1/4" group for a perfect 2500. 2500's are getting very commonplace; especially indoors.

For an ISSF rifle, an average of 12mm-13mm 10-shot groups would be excellent. It would translate into .25'' to .30'' center-to-center.
