Can someone fill me in on this gun? How good is it? Do it have any problems? What batteries does it take and are they hard to find? How much is it worth? Should I consider this over a TOZ? Can someone post a photo?

Before I take off into space, are you sure that you want to know about the 102E, which is a standard pistol? I'm asking because you're comparing it to the TOZ, probably the TOZ 35, which is a Free Pistol... and if you ARE asking about the 102E, here are your answers:
