Have a few questions, I was wondering if any owners are still around here?

Well I have a question,
On other pistols, like the izzy and Pardini, you actually see the barrel and drop the pellet directly in. On the Morini 162 the opening is rather large and you dont see the barrel end, seems like you just drop it on the recess in the breach and the rod pushes it in. Is this how it's supposed to be or am I missing something here?

Liontracks, the rod pushes it in. Correct.
