Electronic Triggers

Post by Claudio »

I am looking for digital pictures and possible schematics of any type of Electronic Trigger circuit boards. This is to aid me in repair or making my own board. Any digital pictures would be appreciated, especially for later model Walther free pistol board # FP-N V1.1 8850.
Also looking for a BSS97 MOSFET that is hard to find for my board.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide

Hi Claudio,
CMB Components, Inc. might be able to help with the BSS97. They show it as available, but not in stock. There are some European companies that show it in stock; a couple in Germany and Dial Electronics in England. Nobody seems to show specifications. It appears to be manufactured by Siemens. Maybe you could go direct.
If you look for just BSS97 in Google there seems to be a few other places.
Take Care,
Ed Hall
