Air pistols with loading “tray”

I am looking to buy my final 10m air pistol and looking for options that have a drop in tray style loading, the dexterity in my finger tips is not getting better so I have to plan for the future.

All tier 1 pistols can out shoot me, so I’m shopping aesthetic, ease of loading an value (1 vs 2 cylinders ect.), product support and such.

I have been looking at the FWB P8X and the Walther LP500. Are there others that I should look at?

Look at the Matchguns MG1....possibly the easiest to load pellets.

Pardini K2s - probably going to have out of date cylinders. If you care about that.
Pardini K10.

They have a really easy drop-in system, and they are fully supported. For whatever reason, they abandoned the drop-in for push-it-into-the-chamber loading in the K12. Esthetics is a personal matter, so I can't comment about what catches your eye.

Both are discontinued, so you'll be looking at used - no problem. They're built like tanks (sorry, bad pun), and who abuses 10M pistols? You will likely get a pleasant surprise when you look at prices.

The Morini 162's use a loading trough that works pretty well. Given that they had the same designer, that's probably why the MatchGuns air pistols have a similar setup.

The Matchguns uses a system that can be loaded with your eyes closed. Here is an extract from their website.

“When the loading lever is pushed forward the pellet can then be loaded vertically into the rotary chamber allowing the shooter to check he has in fact loaded the gun.”

This video has a brief look at how the pellet is loaded. This is an earlier mg1 but the loading system is the same.

Actually, the guns without the loading lever are simple and easy to load. You put the pellet in at an angle (sort of sideways, catching the waist) and rotate it straight with your thumb as you force it into the "chamber."

It will be practically impossible to put one in backward or load two.

I have a P44 and I was going to suggest it for its nice and easy loading tray. I absolutely love my gun and I've owned it for 6 years. I don't want to try a P8X for fear that there's something even better out there. It would break my heart...
