Adapters between rifle brands

Does anyone know if there are adapters made so one can make sights fit between rifle brands?

The Tec-Hro System 2.0 riser bases and top plates can be purchased as individual parts so you can mix dovetail sizes as needed.

You can also get different bases for centra foresights
